Impressive Ippolita Collection

I am obsessed with Ippolita's new fall collection.  I love the 18K gold collection with the warm colored gemstones.  My favorites are the smoky quartz and the garnet stones in the teardrop and lollipop design.  If gold isn't your thing,  the designer now has two distinct celebrated collections in sterling silver -- Ippolita 925 sterling silver and Ippolita Rosé, a "pink" silver which is made of sterling silver cast with 18K gold and then plated with 18K rose gold.   I love that these pieces can be worn with casual or evening attire.  Ippolita can be found in Dallas at Forty Five Ten, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, or Nordstrom galleria.  Definitely go take a look!

Breathtaking Boxwoods

The preserved boxwood wreaths to the right are adorable!  They look amazing and with one quick mist a week can be kept beautiful forever!  They make great decorations for the holidays or anytime of the year.  The picture above is just one example:)  The best part is the wreaths are on sale at http://www.restorationhardware.com/ right now!!!  They come in 16 and 23 inches.

I also love the preserved boxwoods in the ball and cone shapes.  I put mine all over the house!  During the holidays I add a big bow to the larger ones.  You can find the double ball at http://www.amazon.com/ for $45.  You can find the cone+ball at several local shops including:  Stephanie Anne or St. Michael's Women's Exchange at Highland Park Shopping Village, the shop inside the Weir's Furniture store on Knox Henderson or any other retail store that carries Napa Home products.

Anyone who knows me knows that I love flowers!  My most recent obsession is with orchids.  I love them, but have had a really hard time keeping them alive.  I have found two great options for having realistic looking faux orchids made.  I had this custom arrangement done at Silks A Bloom at 13615 Inwood Rd (across from the galleria).  They have arrangements already made up available to purchase or simply to give you inspiration.  They are incredibly reasonable!  I purchased the orchids at Z Gallerie and had them arranged for under $50.

This single orchid arrangement I had made at Dr. Delphinium on Lovers and the Tollway.  I purchased the faux orchid at Z Gallerie and brought it to them to arrange.  The orchids are inexpensive at Z Gallerie and good quality.  Dr. Delphinium charged me $15 to do this!  Now I have an orchid that will last forever:)

Stunning Stand

I love the convenience of having everyday products out on the counter in arms reach.  However, I do not love clutter:)  As a compromise I have found stands to make displaying products (and having them easily accessible) look stunning!  The tall stand is available at The Paper Affair on Lovers right next to Tylers (just pass the tollway).  This stand would also look great with food displays for a party!

Classic Canisters

These beautiful Potterybarn canisters are a must have!  They can be used in so many different ways!  You can fill them with treats for an amazing party display, use them as decoration, or use them to make organization look stunning.  You can get them on sale during partners card next month or snag a couple at the outlets in San Marcos.

Here is an example from my own home of a fun way to organize bathroom necessities!

Michele's newest Tahitian Jelly Bean watches are fabulous!  They come in a variety of colors and can be dressed up or down.  My favorites are the two white variations.

Fun Fall Bag

I love this bag.  I especially liked the chocolate and the black, but it comes in other colors as well.  It is sold at Nordstrom.com and Urbanoutfitters.com, but I located it at funsac.com for a fraction of the price!  It is designed by Sabina in New York.  Go steal a peek at your local Nordstroms:)
